Here at Niche, we’re not comfortable with the idea of compromise. Nor should you be.

We want a canned cocktail as delicious in taste, and minimal in effort, as if you’d just stepped away from the bar.

It’s why we consider flavour to be the fundamental factor throughout our process, and we’ll never waiver from that.

Made entirely from carefully sourced and natural ingredients, our drinks are created at our Suffolk base and tested meticulously to ensure we recreate the very best cocktails you’ve ever had the good fortune to experience.

Easy Does It

Cocktail hour should happen whenever you want – wherever you want. And it ought to be fuss free.

We know you’re far too busy to have a shelf full of mixers and the skills of a mixologist. So we’ve done the hard work for you.

If you’ve 30 seconds to spare, then that’s enough for you to create that ‘ahhhh, bliss’ moment that comes from sipping on your favourite cocktail.

Add a slice of lime and some ice to our Matcha Mojito and you’re good to go.

More impatient than that? No problem, pour our Manuka Honey Whisky Sour straight from the can and slurp away.

With our super simple instructions on the can, anyone can conjure up a barman-standard cocktail within seconds. Easy peasy.

We’re restless souls who like to experiment with our cocktails. We’re always seeking to create new flavours that you can’t get elsewhere.

That insatiable enthusiasm for creative combinations has led to us developing brand new combinations of flavours to spice up the classic cocktails we all know and love.

Oh, and if you don’t mind a little brag from us, we’re really proud to be the first UK company to produce short canned cocktails.

It means we ensure those of you who like to sip a strong one, don’t miss out.

Suffolk and Proud

Our heart and our heritage is rooted in Suffolk.

It’s a county which has birthed some of the most amazing food and drink brands over recent decades, and we’re truly proud to be a part of that scene.

No wonder we’re so proud to design and distribute all of our drinks here.

You’ll note that our logo is inspired by the stunning sunrises seen over our coast, and we like to think we’re sending each and every one of our customers a little ray of that glorious Suffolk sunshine out with every order.

Our Story

Niche® Cocktails was founded by Bob Scott from Suffolk who, fresh from his European travels collecting exotic spirits, perfected the craft of mixology. His dream is for cocktail lovers to be able to enjoy a top notch mixology experience wherever they may be.

In 2019, Shout About Suffolk (now CSF Ventures) joined forces with Bob to help make this happen. Along with the rest of the team, we set out with the shared vision of creating a range of ‘proper’ cocktails that taste as if made by your favourite barman, to be enjoyed with ease wherever you are - lazing on the beach with friends or sitting by a roaring fire with a good book.

After many months of cocktail tasting (and a few other jobs!) we launched Niche Cocktails in February 2020. Since then we’ve been working hard to make sure happy hour is delivered to your doorstep whenever you need it.
